I was previously having issues that turned out to be entirely my own doing. Thankfully, the team helped me to fix it. This is a great meditation app that I've been using for years, and I absolutely love it. The stories and meditations are great, and I love that there are a few different voices to choose from, different durations available for most meditations, and the ability to favorite and download your favorites. I have no complaints.

I don't think I've seen an app that genuinely just wanted to help people in a decade. No ads, no "partners", no data harvesting or exploitative micro transactions, no constant ratcheting inconveniences to push a premium subscription. It's not secretly owned by a tech megacorp that wants to know when you're most stressed so they can ad-sell your vulnerability. Just a nonprofit with a great meditation app that makes it easy to pick up meditation.

Medito is incredible. The information on meditation, the introduction packet that helps you learn how to meditate, and every guided meditation has helped me build a habit that lets me stay centered through all the chaos life can throw at me. I highly recommend it for everyone no matter where you are in your meditation journey. I almost never write reviews, but Medito is doing incredible work at no cost for those who need it, and I hope this helps get the word out about them!
