Very convenient. Also see it is improving from time to time. Hopefully the pay direct can be use in all tolls including Plus highway. Just tried the email transaction function, it is good to have all transactions recorded in a document, but can you improve the layout, at least separate the debit and credit in different column, so it is easier to view.

i changed the device and Each time I try to LogIn, the Face Recognition does not work although the image is visible in the photo capturing space. This is not acceptable. I have also sent emails and visited the Service Centre, but NO SUCCESS YET. The phone can capture Selfie in the Camera mode. Really Frustrating. Finally, finally after many Umpteen Umpteen times, I manged to Link the New Device. The camera software in Your Touch n Go App has to be checked and DEBUGGED, to be user friendly.

I’ve been facing an issue with TNG eWallet for about a week now. I cannot reload my cards via NFC. Every time I try, once it reaches the payment stage, it just keeps loading for a very long time without completing the transaction. I’ve already updated the app to the latest version, but the problem still persists. Please look into this and fix it soon, as it’s very inconvenient.
