Downgraded from 2 to 1 star. Crashing, loading errors, losing loading data, rechecking identify, in many cases software has to be uninstall and reinstall again, all ongoing issues for few years now. Update after half a year - nothing changed, still very, very poor software. The same issues. Advice? Hire competent programmers!

Poor security design. Can't use password manager to enter pin. Expected to remember and type it. Nothing loads. "Sorry there's been a problem on our end." on every page except settings... and that's mainly links that take you to the website to log in and change those settings. They should just make the fee credit report available online via the account rather than forcing a broken app on people so they can grab personal data from the device.

in this day and age really needs a dark theme, its the reason I hardly use the app, all my phone is dark theme, so I get blinded by bright white with this app, especially at night, dosnt help I have really bad eye sight, seems pure laziness on experians part, so only 2 stars, and also my score went down from good to fair, even though hadn't applied for anything, and paid bills on time, so seems very inaccurate to
