I really want to know what is the logic in sending the locker code to the sender of the parcel and not the receiver of the parcel. Why can't the locker code be in the app or in the website after you login? Also, I don't know what changed but the location of the parcel is not update by the app anymore. It says I will be notified when the parcel arrives at the pickup point, and then I receive a notification that it will be returned to the sender. What happened? Postnl used to be good.

Called 3 times, paid €60,- for shipping whilst shipments not being delivered due to notification functionality being broken. Don't receive locker codes 50% of the time nor redirections updates, support offers no solution. Mails about package updates work 50% off the time. highly unreliable app and postal service in general.

Unusable because can't save password. As soon as I fill in my password, I get a pop up asking if I want to save it to password manager. But there no time to click yes because that is IMMEDIATE replaced with all kinds of UI updates of the app.
