The PostNL app is a helpful tool for sending, receiving and tracking mail and packages. I've been using it for a long time and there have been quite a few improvements. Such as the option to send a message to the delivery person, and much more accurate tracking of the delivery time. It's also nice that you can change the delivery location before a delivery attempt has taken place. When I'm unable to receive a package, I can have it delivered and pick it up from the delivery point the same day.

seems like a great app from the outside, but leaves a lot to wish for, not all functions are working, like creating a 'retour' (return) label, it leads to a dead end. Also basic options, like confirming that you received a delivery when it still proclaims to be 'delayed' (for days), or letting them know that you never received it when the status is 'delivered'. Basically all the things you would want to use an app like this for, are not present or not working, lol..

The app is user friendly but the service is not always good when set to deliver to your home. Luckily paketautomaat is added now to the app as an afhaalpunt which makes things so much easier for drivers and me. Keep it up with this simple and effective ux/ui design!
