Ooof.. I.. used to like this app.. until I found out that it hasn't been notifying me of incoming calls, hasn't been notifying me of voicemails to the point where it maxed my inbox to where I then could not even receive any more voicemails.. It resulted in my trash services being terminated because there was a billing issue and they couldn't get ahold of me to let me know. 👍 Just found out today.. after months. Uninstalled, sadly. Just going to stick with the stock app for a while.

it's great. but my feedback is you should have the ability to order the main tabs of the application to your preference. For example, have the option to have favorites as the first tab. And, long tapping should allow you to drag and drop each favorite. The current menu of long tapping each favorite and then clicking on the drag bar, is confusing, unintuitive, and complicated.

I'd like to give more specific feedback. This is NOT a bad app, it just needs some improvements. I think there should be a Voice mail tab at the bottom. Even if the app can't read the VM, it could just show that there's 1 VM saved. The UI is a little too large/dated/old IMO. Please put the alphabet on the LEFT side of the screen near the contact icons, just like all other apps do. FYI the Small and Medium font sizes look exactly the same. Maybe make the Confirm calling icon more obvious??
