Ratings and reviews

The app is generally useful for managing Doctor's visits, getting test results, scheduling appointments , etc. BUT there is no way to report a problem with the software. For example: I get notifications to report for lab work ordered a year ago. Medical staff aren't helpful and I have no way to report or request help with this technical issue. This clutter almost has caused me to miss appointments. 38 plus appointments with 4 different doctors over the past year are confusing.

It helps you make appointments without the hassle of sitting in the waiting room filling out the paper work. It also allows you to look at what needs improvement so you can take better care of yourself and love ones. I highly recommend this app.

The only issue I have is that it often says that my username or password is incorrect. It is not. So glitches when logging in often.
