If you are an Intermountain Health patient in Utah or Idaho, this is your new personalized app that brings powerful tools from across your health experience into one place. The app makes it easier and more convenient than ever for you to manage all aspects of your health – from booking an
appointment to paying a bill.

The features of Intermountain Health's patient portal are designed to take the complexity out of managing your health, so you and your family can spend time living the healthiest lives possible. Prior to signing in you can search for doctors and locations, schedule visits, pay your bill, get an estimate, and more!

Speed, efficiency and user friendly navigation need to be improved. Sometimes my user profile loads quickly and other times it can take 3+minutes to load. Trying to navigate between different functions isn't intuitive and I can accidentally close out of the app when I'm just trying to go back to the previous screen... then the delayed loading of my profile starts again.

Way better app than I expected! Well put together and easy to navigate. Only thing I had questions on was I didn't realize I could set a payment plan myself, you have to actually click "pay" first. I'd suggest adding the button for "Payment Plan" being on the same page right below "Pay"

This version is so much better than the old version. I can see and do pretty much everything I need to do. But the app stopped working recently. I just get a spinner and it never logs in. I called tech support and was told that the recent Android 11 update broke the app and that this will be fixed in the next release. I'm looking forward to being able to use the app again.
