The worst and a downgrade of an app! The transfer function to the dollar to peso is flaky. It shows an error message, yet you are doing what it asks. the website was more reliable, now that it's gone we don't have any more options. second, all the enrolled accounts of my family didn't transfer. So I have to re-add them as my favorite. What a hassle... they improve the look... but function wise... STUPID. A billion $$ worth of a company but approves a most useless app and calls it an upgrade.

DOES NOT WORK. Wasted my time trying to figure out if the problem was my account or my internet. Turns out it's the app that's the problem. First, I couldn't register one of my savings account (the account number is not linked to my account). It's literally in my online banking account! So wth. I tried re-installing the app, and guess what the error is now? "Incorrect username/password", I literally logged in 15mins ago! I can't. Y'all need to do better. Just stick with your online banking.

No matter what I do I can't seem to log in. When I try to go via need help logging in, it keeps saying my username and last 4 digits of account number do not match! This is GARBAGE. Instead of just updating the old app you just keep making new/different apps that all don't work as they should. For one of the biggest banks in the country, you can't even seem to afford an IT team that can provide a decent app experience. What a waste of time.
