Starting from 19th of September I try to logon into the app from a Samsung Galaxy Flip 7 with Android 16, but every time I start the process, the app is freezing and can not finish the enrollment. The support team from Romanian branch seems to be complete overwhelmed by the situation, because they call me every 2 days and ask me if it's working. I really start to think they don't do anything to solve the problem. Any other Raiffeisen support teams across the world,can you help the Romanian team?

They blocked my access to app during holiday due to "security concerns" for trying to transfer out a larger amount, gave me contradictory info that I can solve the issue only by phisically presenting myself in an local agency upon return(while all my money were sitting intrest free blocked on my current account), just to be told at return in the agency that I can unlock it only by calling them to the same number that "helped" me by blocking it in the first phase. Very,very poor customer service.

Can't use the app anymore because it claims my Google Pixel running Graphene OS is rooted. It's not rooted, it is running a harden OS which has superior security features compared to standard Android OS. Update: the support team is useless. They recommended downloading the RSM app from the app store and run it on a smartphone type device. Like WHAT?
