I gave 2 stars because the app has many features but version 4.62.0.49 is so slow compared to previous versions that it makes me transfer everything to the competition. Nothing changed (the same phone) but the app is annoyingly slow. BT app for example has more features (token included), is way faster and their banking offers are more favourable. I will still be with Raiffeisen because this is where my company feeds the wages and pays for all the fees but that's all.

Starting from 19th of September I try to logon into the app from a Samsung Galaxy Flip 7 with Android 16, but every time I start the process, the app is freezing and can not finish the enrollment. The support team from Romanian branch seems to be complete overwhelmed by the situation, because they call me every 2 days and ask me if it's working. I really start to think they don't do anything to solve the problem. Any other Raiffeisen support teams across the world,can you help the Romanian team?

They blocked my access to app during holiday due to "security concerns" for trying to transfer out a larger amount, gave me contradictory info that I can solve the issue only by phisically presenting myself in an local agency upon return(while all my money were sitting intrest free blocked on my current account), just to be told at return in the agency that I can unlock it only by calling them to the same number that "helped" me by blocking it in the first phase. Very,very poor customer service.
