Ratings and reviews

Getting watch to stay connected to App is nearly impossible! Doesn't simply reconnect using sync, you literally have to log out to save data and uninstall app redownload and reconnect during initial app set up. That's the only way this thing will connect. Watch disconnects with no rhyme or reason sometimes after 20 mins, sometimes 8 hours. You never really know. No, it's not because it's too far from setup device. No, it not because you lost wifi/data connection. Just no reason at all!

Beautiful look! Sadly, it has absolutely pathetic connectivity. I've had it 48 hrs and literally have had to uninstall and reinstall the app 5 times! It's the only way I can reconnect it when it drops connection. It is NOT connected to my Bluetooth. I'm pretty sure I will be returning this. Reading the reviews, it sounds like you people at X-Five need to get it together if all these buyers are having the SAME issue.

I can't keep my watch connected to my phone. On a daily basis I have to start all over again, delete r everything on the phone and the app. Down load the app again and try to connect to phone. I dont have that kind of time. Wishing I had rent with a fit bit. It's not accurate either the weather so us it accurate with the other stuff? Another app on my phone always has more steps? But if I could keep it connect I would be happier with it, gonna check into returning it. 😪mine will not take temp
