I had downloaded the app yesterday. I had booked a service. I had called the professional to come 30min early. She agreed to that. But when the time to deliver the services came, the professional didn't even respond to calls, nor texted anything for late arrival. You guys can never be UC. They have earned their reputation through professionalism & customer is their priority. They service professionals come 15-30min earlier to the service timings & are always respondent. It was a mistake.

There’s no option for 0 stars, so giving 1. The most pathetic app I’ve ever come across. I booked a service for 11:30–11:45 , but no one showed up or responded. After multiple follow-ups, the service provider said he couldn’t even see my booking, despite full online payment. Customer support was completely useless. Total waste of time and money. Please don’t book any service from this app!

Horrible experience, the professional did not show up on my first ever booking, that too for an important event, and it took more than 2 hours just to get any meaningful help from the customer care staff. One of the worst experiences of an online booking for me, will never be using this app again.
