I am really keen to get started with Bank Zero, but the app has a bug preventing me from registering. It occurs when selecting the option to pick up the bank card at a nearby Clicks. Successfully selecting a clicks, the app won't let me continue to the next screen. Changing to my home address lets me continue but not complete the process stating an error. Really sad. I'll rather look elsewhere.

We recently had an issue with the Bank Zero app — the system thought our card was missing, even though we had already received it. Thankfully, with their great technology and support, we were able to sort everything out from the comfort of our own home. The team emailed us, and within a short time we were back online and the problem was resolved. It was a great introduction to Bank Zero — efficient, helpful, and super convenient. Thank you!

Simply the best. Customer care reps on Whatsapp are all extremely friendly and caring, not to mention, helpful to the maximum. Their support is absolutely first class and extremely helpful ! I have never received such good genuine care and service from any bank before ! Having been with 3 of the 5 major banks I will never go to another bank again. The App is great. The service is tops. I am moving everything to Bank Zero, as my primary bank, moving forward. I am already inviting my close fam.
