First of all the app is not registered in the traffic ministry , so any cop can stop the driver and fine him , or worse, impounding his vehicle the app is buggy , it forgets your inputs and current navigation every time you lock your screen or switching to another app , the map lacks a lot of places , you are stuck in a vertical map and cannot rotate it either Captains are poorly trained in treating you , the AC is off most of the time even though I'm paying extra for the comfortable trip

جدا سيء.. يستقطعون من المحفظة ونقد بنفس الرحلة ومن اتواصل وياهم يردون بأنه ماكو غلط من عدهم بعد ما اخذهم هذا الموضوع البسيط ٣ ايام وكلشي ما سووا. السيارات مو كلها مكيفة. very bad customer service.. they don't know the simplest thing! they take money from the wallet and cash on the same trip, and when I contact them, they say I was wrong! and they absolutely nothing. Cars need to be air-conditioned and I don't have to ask every time.

great experience EXCEPT when selecting the destination I can't just choose a store or some specific point, I have to pin it through the map which is annoying and not always accurate the app doesn't work on Zain's cellular network for some reason on my Honor X9c which is also annoying which force's me to connect to some wifi network which isn't always available near by
