Personalize your environment with controllable noise cancellation on our QuietComfort products. With Modes on QuietComfort products, you decide how much of the world to let in. Choose Quiet Mode for full noise cancelling, or Aware Mode to hear your surroundings and your music at the same time. Select products offer Aware Mode with ActiveSense technology, which brings the sounds around you down to a more comfortable level. The result is hearing everything you need to, but at a much more pleasant and balanced volume.

This app sucks as much as the device, device is great when you get it to work until it randomly disconect and start glitching, you'd expect something better for the price paid and the brand's reputation. The app is ridiculously slow and it struggles to do the simplest action. It struggles to connect to the device saying it can't find it. It forces you to deal with default preset settings that you can't manage. Continuously connect and disconect from phone. I am really frustrated with it.

This app never works correctly. More often times than not I am stuck on that unnecessary purple screen and it goes no further. If I close and reopen it comes back where it left off. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to use it. For something so expensive you would think it would have a working and quality app paired with it. Update: Scratch that, uninstalling and reinstalling no longer works.

Very buggy. Impossible to troubleshoot. Says one of my speakers is unavailable due to wifi being unavailable. But wifi is on and I'm able to connect to my other speaker. Some things just don't work (grouping) and there's no indication as to why. It's a shame their speakers sound so good and are so perfectly portable or I would have ditched them for some other brand long ago. This app fills me with rage.
