I was hoping to use the app to order out dinner before we arrived, but, didn't get to a menu. That was disappointing 😟. I had set up a time for us to go to the restaurant, but, tried to change the time and was having difficulty changing it. After the sixth attempt it allowed me to change the time 1/2 hour later. My husband and I love Carrabba's and choose to go on special occasions. Bring back Chicken Mustardo.... That is one of their best meals by far!!!!

This app could be so much better, but its lacking in so many ways. While you are able to pay your meal via the app in the restaurant, but if you're in the bar area, everyone seated in that bar area tabs are combined as one bill. With all of the technology available today, theres no reason this should be happening. If you want to order ahead for carryout, the app takes you out of the app and onto a web browser to place the order. Once in the web browser you have to do numerous clicks to order.

App doesn't include all of the menu items available for take-out. I must order directly on-site at the Carrabba's restaurant, I-45N, The Woodlands, Texas if I want everything that's available on take-out menu. This is, obviously, a bug, issue and mistake as Carrabba's doesn't have a separate 'Take-Out' menu as it relates to the app, that contains fewer items available for take-out. Managers at several locations assure me that the issue has been reported, but no one has yet fixed ongoing issue.
