One suggestion for improvement is to put status alerts in this app when stations are down. Really weird that Plugshare had an alert today from EA stating that an entire station was being replaced, and yet the official app said nothing about it... Otherwise app is "okay", biggest issue is the app doesn't always update to show the latest status. Aka what my current charge rate is, and worse it doesn't always reflect accurately if a dispenser is in use or not or if it is even working.

Three years ought to have been enough time to improve the network and service but it is still unreliable, expensive, and riddled with issues. I wish there were alternatives or competition for this network; it's terrible but the only option for interstate travel. I cannot help but believe the backers genuinely want EVs to fail in the US at this point.

The app does not keep the charge history. Update 7/6/24: Suddenly, in April, the app started to keep the charge history; however, on June first. The app showed that the device was charging even after the plug was removed from the vehicle.... in June 20th, I contacted tech support, and they sent me a process to resolve the issue.. however, after resolving this issue, the app stopped keeping the charging history again. So. I am back to square 1.
