Adding payment method is cumbersome. I've abandoned carts despite wanting to use the discounts. Pictures and product details are hard to see. products out of stocks are not displayed until the final check out, causing the trouble of needing to return to cart and reselect. Scrolling is buggy and jerky. Payment authentication steps are terrible. Why not add Google pay etc if you can't control the UX of conventional credit cards?

I have problem with YUU online purchase, but have no problem with Wellcome App. Fast n efficient.

The availability of random products is reduced which rarely happened with Yuu app, all according to location. Yuu points are not transferred or awarded. They killed a perfectly good service for nothing... Get us the Yuu app back!
