Ratings and reviews

The GPS tracking is painfully slow. It takes a solid ten minutes to load the menu to change locations when you go to a different one than usual. It took so long that by the time I got the right location, the app wouldn't let me order since it was 20 minutes to closing (it was 35 mins to closing when I started, I'm not a monster). I wouldn't even bother if drinks weren't insanely priced without the app discount. If you're going to collect my data at least make it convenient.

I really love this app normally, but I gave it a low rating because every time I've tried to order something on it recently, it has been the biggest ordeal. The app is EXTREMELY slow when navigating between options and getting it to reset your closest location is nearly impossible. I'm not sure if there have been recent updates, but PLEASE fix the issues so it works like it used to.

Food is good, ordering is easy, and they usually have some good deals.... HOWEVER, changing the pickup location can be absolutely infuriating most of the time which can cause someone to say nevermind and go to a competitor nearby. I've done it more than once. Please send the developers back in to work on that! Not everyone hovers around the same Sonic as they are everywhere and the half price drinks are fantastic!
