Too slow changing locations. Doesn't have everything from the menu. Should be able to add extra cheese to grilled cheese... Also can't remove cheese from some burgers or other things that come on it. Some people dont eat meat, and would like to remove it or at least put it on the side. Worst rewards app out of all fast food chains. Just overall bad and annoying app experience. Can't order right now, because the app says it's"experiencing technical issues".

The app literally doesn't work. it used to be 50/50... sometimes it would let you order. sometimes you would get an error. some sonics would work, others it wouldn't. for a few weeks now the app just gives an error when checking out. no matter which sonic I use or what payment method. literally useless. its also pretty slow and unresponsive, especially when trying to change locations. i don't have any of these issues with other fast food apps

This app used to be good, now is borderline unusable. Half the time I order something it defaults to the wrong location, and after selecting the nearest one it will STILL sometimes send it to the wrong location. Sometimes, the check in button doesn't even work. No clue why the app got worse. Maybe try testing your stuff before releasing it next time. Edit: Nearly 3 months later, it got worse. I can no longer make an order outside of a Sonic on a random highway.
