This has been the worst customer support experience I’ve ever had. I filed a complaint 24 hours ago because I’m not receiving OTP verification codes when making online purchases, and the issue is still unresolved. When I called customer support again, I was told they couldn’t provide any timeline for a fix — it could be a few hours or it could be several days. How is that acceptable for a banking institution? Their engineers are probably writing code with AI. (4 days- still not resolved)

Warning: Do not use D360 for urgent international transfers! I transferred money 10 hours ago and the recipient still hasn't received it. Only after I contacted customer care (within 5 minutes) was the issue resolved and the amount credited. Seems like they're relying on customers to report issues rather than fixing them proactively. Very frustrating experience, especially when time is of the essence. Would not recommend for urgent transfers

my experience is okay.. I have sent money 10-12 times, only once it stuck but resolved within the day. I can say the app is okay to send money. it is trustworthy. But nowadays there is an error showing when I try to log into the app and it debug the app. I am not able to send money now. I don't know if it will resolve in the coming days or not. Can administer reply to this problem ?
