So I've been using felix for roughly 4yrs now. The issues that I had in the beginning that they said would be fixed/addressed immediately, are still happening. I live in a major town and the service is dismal at best. Rn, I'm outside in the middle of town and my data isn't working at all. Have had to connect to the woolies wifi. The app is possibly THE WORST app I've ever used. Takes 1 minute just to open and you can't access customer support bcoz no data..like..dumbest concept. Staff are rude.

Unable to even verify my email address. I click the link in the verification email and it links to a 404 error page. Messaged support during operating hours but no one answered and it said it would send an email instead. A full day later and no communication despite them supposedly working today. Can not recommend this faulty app or Felix to anyone despite the nice price.

not only does Felix have absolutely INCREDIBLE coverage compared to my old carrier who used Telstra, their mobile app is absolutely amazing to use, it's very clean and fast, my old carrier didn't even have a mobile app! I have absolutely no regrets switching to Felix and will be staying with them
