Zero stars! I just canceled my ADT service. 👎🤬 ADT is a huge international company. They can't manage a simple app? 🤬👎 Every update breaks the login process. It says my device isn't registered, but it won't let me register it as new. It also stopped working with my password manager. It's really making me want to switch to the Ring alarm system.

We do apologize for this alarm trouble and can assure you our specialist team is working to restore the application ASAP, and this would not impact the arm/disarming of the alarm from the physical location as you can still arm/disarm from the panel.

Can't log into app. It has been months since anyone in our home can access the app. We have tried multiple times. Even uninstall and install. Why are we paying for cameras around our home if we can't access them. It is the only reason my son and I use the app. My husband uses the alarm and camera features. We can't even get pass the login page. It doesn't let us put our info in. Biometrics pops up but it just refreshes to same login page.

Whenever I try to cut my alarm on or off through the app I now receive an Error message which is Grayed out stating "Issue Found" then "Connecting". It takes a while to load. Besides that it does eventually work but the lag time is annoying. 10/06/24 --- Error message will not allow me to turn my alarm on from my phone. Stating "Server unable to complete my request. Please try again in a few minutes (500)." However I am not having any issues with any other apps. It's been over an hour.
