The application is good, but customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I have written an email to the Custer care and collection department three times about missing transactions on my credit card, and each time I did so, I did not even receive an acknowledgment email or reply. I have also spent a lot of time on long phone calls with no answer, and after a long wait, I chose to request a callback, but they never did.

I want give to give a zero rating, but unfortunately, the option is not there. Very, very, very worst in customer service, keeping the customer in hold for almost 25 minutes literally wasting time and money for the customers. Never ever received the call back from customer care after selecting the option. I'm trying to reach customer care regarding yes reward points for 2 months. But every time, i called customer care, only holding the line for 25 to 30 minutes. Worst bank interms of credit card

Worst experience ever, due to this application error they give my credit limit of just 1500. And agent said this is because of the error in there mobile application they will make it ready in 2 days, but now it's nearly a month no response from the bank. Very worst experience.
