Everything was perfect. The app is easy to use i picked the one i liked in a few minutes. Chose the click&collect option it was smooth. Chose to pick up the glasses from a petrol station near my house. Just had to go in the zoom store show them the order text, paid and left. Quality of the glasses is very good Have had them for a few days wearing it at work and it have helped a lot with reducing the stress on my eyes. Thanks!

Very bad experience and extremely bad customer service. I had my lenses delivered very *HOT*, explained to them this is not a suitable condition to deliver medical lenses، they *offered me* then to replace the delivered lenses! Out of sudden they changed their mind!! After me sending them the details! What a service! Very bad experience and extremely bad customer service. Never again.

App itself is amazing. Easy to use, no ads at all. Immediate response. Package and delivery to the apartment was great. However, pick up at the spot is frustrating. My first order never came to the pick up spot and was unable to find it anywhere,eventhough in system it was showing that address.
