Very pathetic method of video verification to increase limit. Most of the executives are very rude and cut the phone on your face. App shows QR code kit order could not be confirmed because of some issue. But when I contact customer support, he doesn't see any issue.

I am a small trader and want to tell you some thing. your free service is very good but there are some small glitches, I received 72 rupees through google pay for business few days back, then I got sms from app (Axis bank) but money is not received in app and not added to total. I am trying to reach you using Gmail but given email is showing "You have emailed an address that is no longer being monitored." Please get email ID I will send my problem with the screenshot (for reference)

It's been more than 15 days I'm struggling to see past transaction and this app is not showing at all.. Fed up of submitting feedback through the app and nothing is improving.. Best part is, There is zero attention or reply from the team.. Probably they're flooded with such mails and requests.. I hope this review and rating helps to wake them up.
