Goes black if you toggle between it and another app. The only way to fix it is to completely close it down and reopen. Updated with the latest version, so not sure of this issue, although it looks like the last update was June 2022. App is very useful other than that, but it is annoying when you're trying to plan your grocery list out and you keep having to restart it. Response was the same as others have received and just like them, restarting my device or clearing the cache did nothing.

The app is so slow or lags. I have to keep getting out of the app and hope it works when I go back in. Nothing has changed. Constant lagging and when you toggle between apps. You have to get out of the Hannaford app and go back in. It's still a terrible app. The app is painful to use. It is always clocking. Everyone is saying the same thing. I don't think we all need to message you. It's the same issues.

It's been 4yrs of using this app. How have you still not fixed the issue with Samsung devices? Shouldn't have to reopen the app every single time I switch screens because it freezes every time you look away at your shopping list. Half the time I don't even order from hannaford's because I don't have time to close our the app and reopen it between each item.
