Can't even log in and accept the agreement that's oddly long. Unable to install the system for the customer without this app. Worthless and avoid at all costs Also want to add that customer support gives you the run around if you actually reach anyone.

Unfortunately Honeywell wasn't successful with the implementation, design, and engineering of their smart home systems. I have used Honeywell products for over 25 years, I always enjoyed and liked what they made. I think they should regroup, get better engineers, and better management. I like their front line representatives, they listen to the ideas and problems, but the backend is weak and not up to the standards needed to create good quality products and services. I hope they improve.

UPDATE: It's been over 2 years since I first gave this app 2 stars. Now dropped it to 1 star. Honeywell has yet to include ANY OTHER PANEL besides the wireless only ones. We install way more vista panels then lynx or lyric, and so i still have to program my other radios via the website. Kinda makes this app a waste of space on my phone. It seems the Honeywell has really dropped the ball these last 6 years or so, by not keeping up with other manufacturers. Its no wonder all of my competitors sta
