Ratings and reviews

We ordered online and it first showed that they are waiting for a driver. Then all of a sudden the app showed that the order was canceled. I tried to contact live chat but the app closed every time. We went to get our own groceries and half an hour later somebody delivered. Now we have double the groceries and nobody refunded me for the "express delivery" that didn't happen. They also charge 4x what grab charges even thougu they are using grab to deliver. Deleted the app.

Every order there is some problem. No driver. Driver lost. No items . Can't deliver. Every time stress and sometimes don't even get my order. Never use this app it's not good

This is such a waste of time. Adds everything to shopping cart. App deletes everything. Check out to pay. Whole order is cancelled. Unable to process creditcard. The transaction was not even attempted!!!! I can see all transactions on my credit card. This app is such a waste of time. IF YOU CANT MAKE A GOOD WORKING PRODUCT. YOU SHALL RECEIVE NO MONEY.
