Ratings and reviews

The toothbrush is awesome. However, the app is really bad. There's a lot of issues, but the biggest problem is the guided brushing. It's wildly inaccurate, *especially* with the top center teeth. Editing: The suggestions do not work. In fact, they made it worse. This app is trash and Oral B should either fix it or delete it. I'll be using a 2-minute timer from now on. Screw this worthless app.

The app is pretty good except it tends to incorrectly stop the timer before the brushing is done. Update: the app is fixed. Updating the rating. Everything is good except the app has the dentency to double the brush counts. I tend to have 4 brushing sessions because of that. No idea what's causing this. Update: 2 years later, this issue is still persistent

The timer breaks (gets set to 0:00 at end of brushing session). Update: The timer appears to specifically break if you end the session by putting the brush back in the charging dock. Just running out the clock no longer breaks it, or at least it didn't happen the last time that my timer auto-stopped. I'm guessing the brush has an internal timer that the app reads. Only, that timer gets reset when the brush is docked. The app should probably end session and stop reading the timer at that point...
