Ratings and reviews

I don't know what bug fixes were done to 'improve' performance, but they this already terrible app even worse. I have to close and reopen it at least 4 times so it can connect to the system. Once it's connected, it doesn't register the sound. It just mutes everything. Then a second later it's pushed up to a 40 level. The app used to be simple, quick, and easy to use. Whatever updates were done in this last year have been horrible. And considering the cost, it's a huge disappointment.

Everytime! Every time! Every time I have a party and want to play music on these speakers (I have 4 Moves) it takes an hour to reset up the speakers and get them playing the same thing in the app. It is absolute garbage, infuriating, and for 1500 american dollars I expect something to work every time the same way. This is the worst possible experience for "smart" speakers Sonos.

Update: STILL A MESS. Can barely handle switching speakers. Often says nothing playing when something is meaning you CANT PAUSE or it will say something is playing but nothing is so enjoy the silence. Volume controls a total mess. They do what they want. Switching between systems at work and home takes minutes... If it works at all. Such a disappointment.
