Put the video picture back! Before we could at least see a sample of the video in a freeze frame picture. Now we have to scroll through every blank line because we have no idea what's on the video. And it's recording every bug motion and car driving by! Put the video picture back so we can see what's on the video and stop wasting so much time clicking through each one!!!!!!

Horrible system. Live view is good but don't expect any playback. They will not load, after several attempts a message appears saying there is a bug in the app and to download the latest version of the app. I un-installed what I have and downloaded again ,did not fix the issue. Support sucks. I am looking for a different system!

Update: I am on 4.1.13 just uninstalled and reinstalled and still not able to load playback or fast forward. I have trouble loading live views. Takes forever to load playback videos and there is no more fast forward button. I own a business and utilize these cameras in them for 2 1/2 years. Takes hours to go through playback to find an incident when it use to take minutes. Might have to change systems....
