My phone was hacked while my password manager was open. In short, I've had to reset every password since Dashlane, as I have recently discovered, has a *very* poor customer service system. In trying to reset my password on this app, I get all the way through the process only to learn at the VERY END that the "Service is unavailable"! For the love of Pete, it's a brainless digital system. Except for occasional maintenance, why does it need to be "unavailable" for a month?

How can I benefit from this app if it doesn't work? You can't create an account without spending $30 a month, it automatically signs you up for that plan with nowhere to choose the free option (but I know it exists). Even when you create an account, it doesn't let you log in. if I could use the app to freeze my credit, I couldn't log back in to unfreeze it if I'm at the bank. Not user friendly at all but I need it to protect my identity. Very frustrating

Apparently, there are only a couple of live agents working during their data breach. I have been suspended from my account for too many login attempts. I know I was entering the right information. Five days now with no help. The AI keeps hanging up on me when I enter my phone number, text agents are worthless, and no email response. This is by far the worst bureau ever. Why don't they have an app for freezing and unfreezing like Experian has? No wonder there's a breach. I feel safe, don't you?
