Less than stellar experience. App isn't keeping previously tracked numbers in history, so if you go back to check on possible updates in the tracking, you have to start over. Item shows as delivered, and offers a photo, but does not display photo. If it's an Amazon package, you can't go further with the UPS chat bot, it tells you to go to Amazon, even when it's UPSs problem, such as having not followed delivery insructions. I think I'll just add a shortcut to the browser site.

It simply does not work properly. There is no reason to use this over the browser. There is no option to give specific delivery instructions on the app, only which door to leave it at. Also apparently gives me options I'm not supposed to have. I changed my delivery to a UPS Access Point and they refused the delivery. Now it's stuck in limbo and there's no way to tell the driver to call to be let in. Often gives errors about "services being unavailable"

THEY NEVER LEAVE MY PACKAGE WHERE I TELL THEM. I wish my senders would pick a more reliable delivery service!!! This app barely functions, none of the advice helps for tracking or live tracking. I'm in a secure building with no buzzer system and UPS never gives me a heads up about delivery driver arriving, and I've missed almost every attempt for delivery. I'm always saving or "updating" my driver instructions and it resets. The app is useless.
