Ratings and reviews

Not great Every time I try to edit my personal contact info, it takes me to login again, which would be fine, if it would let me log in. The page resets over and over and eventually crashes completely. I am able to track prescriptions although I doubt the accuracy of timing is 100%. Just not cool to not be able to use certain features and do something simple like change a phone number, because the app simply won't load correctly.

Couldn't schedule a delivery from the pharmacy because the address couldn't be updated in the app due to a glitch. When trying to update Contact Info or Address Book, the app takes you to the login screen, but you can't enter your login information. Then after 10 seconds or so, it refreshes back to the page you were on before. Tried many times with same glitch/result. Even uninstalled and installed again and that did not help. 👎

I used to love this app. It made refilling my prescriptions super easy, and kept track of all current medications for myself and my kiddos. Since the recent update, however, it is absolutely TERRIBLE. I used this for years and never had as many issues as I've had in the past few months. I can't view any prescriptions, I can't refill prescriptions, I cannot see prescription status to see when they are ready to be picked up... Nothing but issues. It's just constant buffering on that page... :(
