It is ridiculous that it will not allow you to add the passport information bu hand, you have to scan it and the app will not work to scan! I tried it with two different phones, and there is no way to do it on the website, it has to be done in the pohone app! Sorry bit it is so frustrating everytime, I will not fly in volaris anymore!

I received an error messages at the last step before check-in. I am very dissatisfied that the app is the only way to check in. The app is not user friendly and there are often times errors on personal information that can not be edited. Having customers scan their passport as part of the check in process presented many challenges for my mother traveling from Mexico to the US.

There is no way you can do your check-in manually. It feels like this company just want you to pay for that "printing boarding pass fee" that you should get in their app. I tired twice in a round trip it took me over 30 minutes get one electric boarding pass it's taking me a lot more for the second one.
