If I could give minus stars, I would!!! I sent money to my husband and they seen something in his name that reminded of someone that are banned from using western union. I had to contact them to know why he still didn't get the money. I had to send a pic of his passport which I did, but nothing happened and I contacted them again. Now finally 10 hours later I track my transfer for the 25th time today and it said he'll get the money in 2 days. 2 days??? It was supposed to be within seconds!!!

I'm very impressed with this app services. Good currency rate value and low transfer fee charges. Very fast and reliable. Just a first time user. I transfer money and my receiver can pick up the cash instantly. Highly recommend this app. Thank you western union

ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE. I tried to send money and it get cancelled. I contacted service support only for them to send a bunch of links and things I have to prove, when I've had absolutely no problem with other transaction companies. App is couldn't be slower. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
