Why is scheduling an appointment with my primary care provider so difficult? I can't just easily schedule an appointment with them through the app. I have to choose my condition, then am presented with a list of providers that aren't part of my care team. To schedule an appointment with my PCP, I have to call the office and can't do that through the app. Pretty ridiculous. This app is of very limited use and really needs significant upgrades.

Thank you for the review. Many aspects of MyChart are controlled by your own healthcare organization through setup and settings. We recommend reaching out to them for support. If you don't know how to reach them, email us at MyChartSupport@epic.com, let us know the issue and the organization name and we can look up their contact info for you.

Super easy to set up w/ only 3 steps. Super easy to use, a person can log in using the best method for them- password, pin, 2 step verification, etc. I have another chart that I can log into in another state which was also very easy to set up, but I cannot log into my primary. I've been trying to log into another chart for over a year & even asked staff for help, but they don't know how when I told to ask these specific ppl. This is the easiest chart to set up & use! 🩷

it's janky. for some places the animation when you scroll down from the top is slow. it crashes a lot. sometimes it stops working entirely after a crash; it will crash every time I try to log in. I wish I could do a text search through all Dr notes. and I wish I could bulk print Dr notes instead of one at a time. pros: it's small compared to similar apps. it's 88mb on my phone where others are 200mb+
