How does it work?
The Fitness Online weight gain app allows you to work out on your own. Develop an individual weight loss program from the exercise library, use our calorie tracker and nutrition guide to create a diet plan and start working out. You can update your schedule and track results in the workout diary. Alternatively, choose a ready training program with a diet for your specific goal, like lifting weights workout, fat loss workout, etc.
You want to try harder? Hire a personal coach. You can choose your personal trainer based on budget and feedback, send them a chat message, set sports goals and conditions. Get an invoice, pay with your bank card and start your transformation. Your coach will provide you with a workout plan with individual diet instructions, create a monthly course with a full set of exercises and meal plan to reach your goal, whether that is to lose weight in 30 days, lose belly fat, build muscles, get six-pack abs, get a shredded body, get big arms or a wide chest or get back in shape after an illness or pregnancy – all with fitness at home.
When you’re on a monthly course, such as a weight loss program on your gym workout plan, our coach will monitor your results for a monthly fee, provide tips on your meal plan and adjust your exercise program. This app is VERY misleading. It says it's free. However, after 3 workouts in any given category, you are forced to subscribe in order to move on to the next workout in the series. So much for a FREE workout app. With that being said, the workouts are very effective, and I love the app. I am just not prepared nor in a position to be able to subscribe..... I guess I am going to have to continue to search for a truly FREE workout app.

Hello! We’re terribly sorry for this misunderstanding, we didn’t mean to deceive anyone. The first three workouts of every program are completely free, so you can choose the one you like the most. You are still able to create your own program free of charge, too. We wish you a wonderful workout session!

This app is great. I've been using it for almost 2 years. It shows you EXACTLY how to do a workout and gives you other variations to pick from. The app WILL insult you at the end of the workout if it thinks you didn't give it your all 🤣. I'm doing advance workouts to challenge myself,so I cannot do a lot of the heavy lifting yet that the app thinks I can do. So I do get insulted at times and other times I get praised. I love this app.

I downloaded many workout trackers and this one is the best in terms of ease of use, available options and information. However, I wish I could edit completed workouts, because I made a mistake but couldn't go back and edit. Plus, I do different cardio on different days, so I'd love to be able to add that in addition to my saved workout.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback! It is not possible to make changes in pre-made workout plans, however, you can always create your own workout program and tailor it to your needs.
