I have no problems with the service itself, the app does its job. I use it for paying groceries as well as MTR travel. I am giving it 4 stars as the app is constantly running in the background draining my battery. I have to forcefully restrict battery usage with the tradeoff of not receiving notifications instantly. My phone is a Galaxy S22 Ultra with all the latest Android and Google Play Services updates installed. Also note that ANT bank also suffers the same problem.

Can't fully functional after changed to a new phone. Can't open the page to buy movie ticket, can't display the map while using car hiring, can't fully display all cities in alipay+ travel. Absolutely disappointed. Even the CS can't help much about these problems.

Unable to log back in after changing mobile device. The whole authentication flow ignores the app language setting and reverts to Chinese and the security settings block translators from working.
