Followed my brother as he participated in his first IronMan. What a cool experience to follow him at every moment in this app. It shows the overall route, split times, paces, rankings, and the map shows their location in real time ticking away the distance. Very, very cool. Do wish I could see photos, or even post a photo as a spectator, to my athletes profile so others who are following can get a very personal view of the action. Love the app. Worked excellent.

This app is very useful, both for racing and spectating! Unfortunately, the non-racing notifications are somewhat infuriating. I don't need or want 90% of the event messages that are pushed to my phone. The athlete ones are great, the constant ads and messages about stuff like Team IMF are useless and annoying. What's more, any time I add an athlete to the tracker, I get re-subscribed to event notifications! If these were at least under different categories it would be manageable.

Upated 2021: Still really love this app. I like that the athlete guide and schedule are included in the information tab. I was also able to see my friends' progress using the map feature. 2017: Awesome app for tracking IRONMAN participants. I love the audible alarm when athletes in tracking reach milestones. The prediction times for finishing race segments are helpful. So much better than other apps I have used. Easy to navigate.
