Start by registering your smartphone or your tablet, using your bank card and card reader. That way the security of your transactions is totally guaranteed. Once you’ve registered, your secret code, fingerprint or face recognition will be all you need to log on!

I understand that it's impossible to make everyone happy and to include the minority. But as a religious person it can be very distracting. An easy option is if we could turn the images off in the app itself. Hopefully is this feedback understandable and didn't come off as a disrespectful message. Thanks for your time. Update: home screen is now a related bank information screen, except within the app itself an imagine of 2 woman kissing.

This banking app now looks like a dating app, with prominent and intrusive ads. Navigation has gone from easy and intuitive to cumbersome, even after months of this new interface I'm still looking for how to switch from private accounts to business accounts, the navigation goes needlessly from top of the screen to the bottom with unneeded extra steps and hidden selections. I used to enjoy using this banking app and found it to be superior to the web interface, now the website is the clear winner, less full screen ads, easier navigation, more options, cleaner presentation. A banking app should remain focused to the business side and make managing money convenient and clear. I know the younger generation may seems to need gamification of everything but even my kids think this is not how a banking app should present itself. I'm still happy about the bank and it's services and will continue to use the app out of necessity, I hope a future update focusses more on ease of use and visual presentation of the core business than hip flash screens and ads. It's revealing that none of the sample screens show the ads and flashy screens, those are more business oriented than the app itself! Just checked, none of the other banking apps have "Contains Ads" on Google Play

The app was perfect. Until last update. Right now I am having smartphoneception. My screen is showing a phone with the app running on it. I can do everything like before, but on a very small screen. No idea what the hell I have to think of it. Edit: was fixed after a while, now the latest update broke it again. On attempting login I get an error that I cannot copy or screenshot.
