doesn't work. won't accept my account number. says the account number needs to be 8 chars, but my account number, when I log in on the website, is only 7. they say I need the latest version to fix that problem. I just installed it again, so it must be the latest version. there's no way to confirm because they won't tell me what the latest version number is.

Every few weeks it forgets my device and makes me confirm my login via email, then asks me for a new phone number to connect to the account for a 2FA code. I've given the exact same number every time. Thats for the app, Bell as a company is 0 stars, absolutely awful customer service, and just run you in circles til you give up.

Worst app I have ever used for such a big organization. Every time I open the app, it doesn't load, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Very disappointed. Before it was just a service, now even the app doesn't work. The worst part is, the organization won't do anything to fix the issue. But, due to the same issue, once you can pay the bill, they will flag you. no wonder why they are loosing customers.
