The app is constantly broken and won't let me login. Usually after a few attempts it would work. Now it doesn't at all. I called support and was told since the website works, they can't help me with the app... Edit: Upon contacting them again, I was told this is the app "security" working as designed, but they wouldn't tell me how it's secure to not let me login to my own account.

Been using 5/3 mobile app for years, and up until the update in November 2022 it was great. The newest update makes logging in difficult, crashes, and is laid out in a non-intuitive way. They have been getting negative feedback since changing the app, and staff at the physical locations apologize for it, but the app team seems unworried.

With the recent update to the app, the password shows on the predictive text line all of a sudden. This never happened before and it is very concerning. This needs to be corrected and the app needs to be updated immediately!!! The predictive text should not ever be allowed or active during password entry. This evades the purpose of the password being hidden and confidential !!! PLEASE FIX THE APP AND PROVIDE AN UPDATE ASAP!!! THIS COMPROMISES OUR INFORMATION AND SECURITY!
