Works great when it works, but there have been times where I set the pickup time for after class is over, but get the notification much earlier, so the 15 minute window is already up, and there's been other times where it won't change the status to ready for pickup so it's stuck in the cubby, and it never being picked up in the first place, so I have to go up to the counter to ask for the bag and other times the app just gets stuck on a grey screen and won't let me do anything. It's frustrating.

I use this app all the time to order food at my school campus, as otherwise, it can be impossible to get food in time. However, this app has major bugs that are either rarely or never fixed. The app is constantly having to load and stops working frequently. In addition, different parts of the app have broken for months before such as the ability to use certain payment methods. This app needs major changes as having to fight the app all the time to do its basic functions should not be normal.

Sorry, but app is just not designed good. Half the time the app gets stuck on "loading" for order details when I hit "proceed to checkout" Pickup times are weird. For example, at 9:30 AM, I wanted to place an order for 10, but the earliest slot was upwards of 11. It would make sense if there was a high volume of orders, or maybe equipment was being fixed. But no, I showed up at 10 AM and ended up ordering in-person and getting the food within minutes. Certain menu items are missing as well.
