About this app

Celeste+™ is a home sleep test in a mobile app. Celeste+™ can pair with an FDA-cleared Bluetooth pulse oximeter and Celeste+™ is FDA-cleared to use your smartphone’s microphone. Board-certified sleep doctors use the signals collected while you sleep to diagnose sleep disorders and determine appropriate treatment.

If you believe that your sleep quality is poor or if you suspect you have a sleep disorder, it may be impacting your overall health. We recommend consulting with your doctor to discuss the possibility of undergoing a sleep study or speaking with a sleep medicine specialist.

The audio recording features are for use in the United States only, and by prescription only.

App is decently easy to use, except for one huge bug. When pairing with the actual sleep test dingus, it shows searching while displaying the sleep test device. I could click on it and go to the Connecting screen. And then... nothing. It hangs with the processing icon and never connects. 5 minutes later I have to reset, enter my info AGAIN and try again. I did this several times before I found I had to wait wait for searching to end before I clicked. Just stupid, poor design.

The app is terrible. Continually closing out when trying to launch. Woman at sleep center said it's very hit and miss with Android devices. Thankfully I was able to get it to work on my wife's iPhone. After completing my sleep study (6+ hours of data) it got stuck on the Processing screen. The app says it can take up to 5 minutes to upload your study. Mine took close to an hour. I was convinced I was going to have to redo it. Give it time and hopefully it will upload your data.

I must be dipping down in my O2 frequently. The ring was vibrating every 15 min, every time I fell asleep. I could not use it, so will have to try a different method of study. Sebastian and Linda were very helpful when I called support. The options on the support line were infuriating. Way too many. Especially in the middle of the night.
