It hasn't worked properly for awhile. It takes a long time to update that you've paid a bill. The PDF of the bill fails repeatedly. I have tried this app on multiple devices and the only thing that always works is the pay bill option. I contacted customer service 2 months ago about these issues and still haven't heard anything.

I have my notifications set up to be notified when my bill is ready to view. I received a push notification that my bill was ready. However, when I log into the app to set up payment, there is no bill to view. I have tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing changes. I have been having this issue ever since PECO had their account number update. 👎☹️

Making payments are super easy with this app. I dont know how people paid bills without this. I love the option to pay as much as the minimum amount or maximum. I can see what we use each month, when our usage changes and how much without guessing through paper bills. Its amazing extremely helpful and it sends reminders so you never miss a payment. All in my favorite place my phone and tablet.
