Delmarva Power’s free app allows you to easily access your account information on the go. The app makes it simple to manage more than one account at a time and is available to both residential and business customers on your smartphone or tablet. Ratings and reviews

Completely dysfunctional, waste of effort, storage space, & time. Most recent update broken; won't open, & merely sends me to their secure site online. Try to access online, their server, or my web browser, & try to access my account, enter my account name - which is recognized - & then password, get error message that it's expired. Tried 6x to use the "reset password" function, & get sent a code, & every time try to use that, keep getting the same error message. A broken useless loop! FIX ASAP!

App will not allow me to make a payment. I then try by going to the website and they have blocked my debit card with no explanation. I have always paid using the same card. I called and was told it's my banks fault but my bank has no control over your app. they also found no block or flag on their end. I just wanted to pay my bill and it's infuriating that I'm having to jump through extra hoops to do so.

App sucks always down for maintenance when your trying to view the pdf of the bill but of course the make a payment is always available. Going back to a paper bill. I deserve to know the details of the hundreds of dollars im giving away each month!
