Ratings and reviews

The payment system has been working without issue for a while now and the app loading time has been cut down significantly. Sometimes I am not able to access my acct info in the app because of some type of connection error. It has not become a hindrance yet, however it happens enough that it is annoying. Besides, the issues with accessing my info, I would still recommend this app. It helps more than it doesn't.

Completely dysfunctional, waste of effort, storage space, & time. Most recent update broken; won't open, & merely sends me to their secure site online. Try to access online, their server, or my web browser, & try to access my account, enter my account name - which is recognized - & then password, get error message that it's expired. Tried 6x to use the "reset password" function, & get sent a code, & every time try to use that, keep getting the same error message. A broken useless loop! FIX ASAP!

The app works great, I just find it ridiculous that I have to pay $1.95 to pay my bill on their app from a local Delaware bank, that makes no sense. You would think they would make it easier for customers to pay online, not charge them for the privilege of paying them! It's just one more hidden fee on top of many that nickel and dime us to the poor house!
