Completely dysfunctional, waste of effort, storage space, & time. Most recent update broken; won't open, & merely sends me to their secure site online. Try to access online, their server, or my web browser, & try to access my account, enter my account name - which is recognized - & then password, get error message that it's expired. Tried 6x to use the "reset password" function, & get sent a code, & every time try to use that, keep getting the same error message. A broken useless loop! FIX ASAP!

I have to get an email code every time I log in. Please get with the times and use biometrics!!!! Also, I know this isn't an app issue but to be charged $2.25 every time I pay my bill when electric is already way overpriced is ridiculous!!!

App will not allow me to make a payment. I then try by going to the website and they have blocked my debit card with no explanation. I have always paid using the same card. I called and was told it's my banks fault but my bank has no control over your app. they also found no block or flag on their end. I just wanted to pay my bill and it's infuriating that I'm having to jump through extra hoops to do so.
