The payment system has been working without issue for a while now and the app loading time has been cut down significantly. Sometimes I am not able to access my acct info in the app because of some type of connection error. It has not become a hindrance yet, however it happens enough that it is annoying. Besides, the issues with accessing my info, I would still recommend this app. It helps more than it doesn't.

App will not allow me to make a payment. I then try by going to the website and they have blocked my debit card with no explanation. I have always paid using the same card. I called and was told it's my banks fault but my bank has no control over your app. they also found no block or flag on their end. I just wanted to pay my bill and it's infuriating that I'm having to jump through extra hoops to do so.

5/22 Trying to report a power outage and was informed to install an update. Since updating the app continues to close and I can't use it at all. :-( 12/25 still crashes when trying to view bill, but it'll work fine to get to the payment screen :-/
