Very frustrating when trying to book from the app on my phone! Not intuitive. I liked that it recognized me, that was nice, but I was expecting to simply select a room, be presented with the price, and enter payment method. Instead, it only provided a link to pay using miles and money. Took 3 trys to simply pay for the room.

Update more than a year later, still doesn't work. Too bad hilton can't prioritize staffing of their IT team to work out some bugs.... This app used to work pretty well, the digital key had some kinks but last week the whole thing stopped working all together. I click the log into my account button and it just spins. I have run all available updates and uninstalled and reinstalled.

Downloaded the app so that I could choose my room and do contactless checking. Neither worked. I got to the hotel, opened the app, and selected digital key. It told me to check in at the front desk. That's not contactless! Front desk person assigned me a room (not the one I chose). I didn't say anything and just went with it because I was angry and tired from traveling. It wasn't the employee's fault. I requested physical keys because now I don't trust the app! Oh, and it was a pain logging in.
