I want to order chicken (lunch menu) but the app says that I choose from the breakfast menu.. I tried to order other food but the same thing happened. Basically there is not even 1 item that I can order from the apps.. I want to upload a picture as evidence, "Choose File" also don't work.. It seems that there is not a single thing that is working with this app. ps : it's been about 2 months already this things happen.. The feedback form also doesn't work.. 😮‍💨🤨😤😡🤬

Use the counter kiosk or the grab apps to better much better, they not even bother to check the pending order from the KFC app. I order the food 30 minutes before and try it up on time, the food is not ready because it is too many order, all the people order on the counter and kiosk already left with their food, only when I ask them for 2nd time they only going to check. Order 30 minutes before + another 50 minutes waiting. Nice.

Terrible user experience, offers don't work correctly, cannot choose location (automatically schedules order to tomorrow when another location ~1km away that is open can easily take the order). Everytime I use this app I get remimded this app is a complete joke that wastes my time and I just order from GrabFood instead. (This review is made out of frustration due to failing to do simple tasks for 4/5 times I want to use it)
