Ratings and reviews

Constantly freezes, about half the time it doesn't work. Even if you close the app when it freezes, doesn't do a thing and it'll remain frozen when you open it up again. Cleared cache, didn't help, restart phone, didn't help. Only thing to do is go somewhere else and hope next time it works as it seems to be very inconsistent, but when it does freeze there is abolsutely nothing you can do to fix it at that given time. It's also not a new problem, been doing this for a couple years.

This may be the dumbest food app I've ever seen. Thankfully, I didn't have any of the bug problems that others have reported. However, when I tried to place an order for pickup, the app wouldn't let me finish it, until I was physically at the restaurant, which completely defeated the purpose. Question for McDonald's: in your minds, what, exactly, is the point of a mobile advance order food pickup app if you can't, you know, advance order? It would have been quicker to just order normally...

Honestly, considering this app is from a multiBILLION dollar company and it lags this hard is pretty gross. The main menu doesn't load. I have to tap multiple times on every option. Scrolling just literally gives up before you get a half way down the screen. Oh, and it gives you ALL of the special event items, but if you choose them, it will just make you edit your order...instead of...hiding them? Surely, some rocket science stuff here. Lastly, (hopefully) drinks...are just in one long line.
